The CN Marine Dixie 27 (1976) is a solid and well-maintained 8.27-meter sailing yacht. Last summer the boat has made a journey from Greece to Spain and back. This season the boat is sailing to Turkey and back to Greece.

Powered by a reliable Yanmar YSB8G (5.98 kW) single-cylinder diesel engine in excellent condition, the boat features a clean fuel tank, folding propeller, and smooth, smoke-free operation.

It offers one cabin and one head, with all essentials for comfortable cruising, including a functioning fridge, stove, manual water pumps, and a 100-liter freshwater tank.

The yacht is equipped with a 100-watt solar panel, two new Varta batteries, a Bruce 20 kg anchor with 60 m of 6 mm chain, and modern Barlow winches. Navigation instruments include an electric and manual compass, depth sounder, and an ST2000 autopilot, with navigation managed via smartphone.

Having arrived from Sweden and spent only two years in Greece, this Dixie 27 remains in fine overall condition. The deck has fresh paint, and the original rigging is still in good shape without need of repair. The sails are rated 4/5, ready for cruising, and the hull shows no signs of osmosis, with the keel being a molded-in lead bulb (no bolts).

Recent maintenance includes two coats of primer and three coats of antifouling. The yacht also comes with a Zodiac dinghy in good condition (no leaks) and a working Yamaha outboard motor.

A bimini and sprayhood provide shade and protection, making this vessel a dependable and well-equipped cruiser for coastal sailing adventures.
