No further work required. Ready to sail immediately and in excellent condition. IOver the last 4 to 5 years, a comprehensive renovation was carried out by professionals. Special equipment: Air conditioning, solar panel, electric anchor winch, bimini, TV with DVD and DVB-T antenna. The refit included: Hull completely refinished in epoxy, complete new Raymarine electronics and radio with Wi-Fi, deck and cockpit renewed with Sika and Italteak, 220V electrical system with circuit breaker, new standing shrouds and chain plates, running shrouds and blocks, new stove, new water heater, new pressurized water pump and cooling compressor, all windows and hatches replaced, hull wrapped above the waterline, all interior and navigation lights converted to LED, sails recently cleaned and treated, maintenance of engine, batteries, underwater hull, water system and winches has been carried out regularly – and continues to be carried out. No maintenance backlog! Safety equipment: Emergency signals and life raft from 2023.
